COVID-19 Information

Dear Partner:

This information answers many of the questions that you have sent in and is a great link to keep available as updates will be posted there.  Thanks for your patience while we prepared this for release.

The IRS posted today Filing and Payment Deadline Questions and Answers. These Q&As address the federal filing and payment extension to July 15 due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. These Q&As currently include information on the additional extension to Oct. 15, first quarter estimated tax payments, IRAs and HSAs.

We also have a new page that provides updates on mission-critical functions of the IRS. This page provides an overview of changes related to IRS operations and guidance for taxpayers during this period.

We will continue to monitor issues related to the COVID-19 outbreak, and post updates on our special coronavirus page at

Dear Client,

On March 21, 2020 the IRS announced that, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, income tax filings and tax payments for 2019 tax returns and first quarter income tax estimates for 2020 have been automatically extended to July 15, 2020.  This includes tax returns and payments for individuals, trusts and estates, corporations and all other non-corporate tax filers.  Most states have also announced that they will follow the federal extension.

In consideration of the tax extension and in an effort to do our part to keep our clients and our employees safe and healthy we will take the following precautions beginning Monday, March 23, 2020:
